Shunta Osarian Dharrg was the chief of the world Osarian (see: planet) in the year 25 ABY. He stood against the activities of Nom Anor on Rhommamool, believing that Leia Organa Solo's parley with Anor granted him an inappropriate level of authority. Because of this belief, Dharrg tasked Captain Grappa, who served in the Osarian First-Force, with the mission of stopping Solo from arriving at Rhommamool. This action resulted in Wurth Skidder's X-wing squadron launching an assault against the Osarians.
