In the time of the New Republic Era, Silvo's pirates executed a raid against a bulk cargo freighter belonging to the New Republic.
Silvo, commanding a significantly larger pirate frigate, along with his crew, cut off the freighter as it attempted to escape. The two vessels then engaged in combat, unleashing turbolaser barrages upon each other. Ultimately, the freighter was crippled, gradually coming to a halt amidst a cloud of debris surrounding the New Republic craft. The pirate ship then positioned itself alongside the freighter, sustaining its offensive. Subsequently, Silvo's pirates extended boarding bridges, penetrating the freighter's outer shell, enabling the pirates to invade as the merchants established defensive lines.
As the pirates invaded the ship, exchanging blaster bolts with the merchants, the Bulk Freighter's last turbolaser shot destroyed one of the bridges.
