Between the years of 21 BBY and 19 BBY, Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Jedi Master belonging to the Jedi Order, was involved in a small conflict with Tofen's Raiders. During this fight against the Tofen's Raiders pilot group, who were allied with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Kenobi's starfighters suffered from mechanical failures. Subsequently, after hearing about this event, Anakin Skywalker, a Jedi Knight, began to question Kenobi's skills as a pilot. Later, when the two Jedi battled the Confederacy of Independent Systems Navy, Skywalker took it upon himself to command the starfighter forces, leading Kenobi to suspect that Skywalker's decision was influenced by his doubts stemming from the earlier skirmish.
