A brief conflict transpired within the submerged caverns located near a Sedrian village, as documented in underwater and cave lore, back in 3 ABY. Black Sun Vigo Sprax had commissioned a group of smugglers to locate a missing datacard that had been pilfered from the mercenary Limna Yith. After capturing Limna Yith, they transported her to the planet Sedri; subsequently, after joining forces with Sedrian warrior monks, they journeyed toward the caverns where she had previously concealed the datacard.
Simultaneously, another group of mercenaries, employed by Black Sun Vigo Xizor, was also heading to the caves with the intention of retrieving the datacard. This group reached the destination first and perpetrated a massacre in the village before commencing their search of the caves. Upon the subsequent arrival of Sprax's team, they faced an assault from four remaining villagers. Following this, Xizor's team launched an attack on Sprax's team, but were ultimately defeated.
