Slatka was a Human Jedi Initiate of the female gender who served the Jedi Order for a short time during the Ruusan campaign near the conclusion of the New Sith Wars.
Slatka, a Human who was Force-sensitive, along with her sibling Sladak, originated from a maritime planet that lacked forests. In the year 1000 BBY, Jedi Knight Torr Snapit recruited the pair into the Jedi Order's Army of Light in order to strengthen the Army's numbers on Ruusan. As Snapit's vessel was entering Ruusan's airspace, it came under assault from Sith buzzards belonging to the Brotherhood of Darkness, resulting in its destruction. As the ship disintegrated, both Sladak and Slatka perished, having received only basic instruction.
