Around 0 ABY, Snake-Eyes committed an act of betrayal against Bloodhawk by kidnapping her. He held her captive within her personal quarters and assumed the role of the port's commander. During Snake-Eyes's period in control, the port's upkeep was disregarded. Furthermore, Snake-Eyes detained the port's crew, including H2-1B4, Bloodhawk's personal domodroid.
Shortly thereafter, an acquaintance of Bloodhawk's arrived at the port seeking ship repairs. Snake-Eyes greeted these individuals, who were members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, feigning that Bloodhawk was away and eagerly offered to fix their vessel. Covertly, Snake-Eyes contacted the Empire, proposing to surrender the Rebels in exchange for compensation. He also deliberately damaged the ship's engines to prevent their departure.
However, H2-1B4 revealed Snake-Eyes's duplicity to the Rebels and enlisted their aid in freeing Bloodhawk. Once they had all been released, Snake-Eyes once more contacted the Empire. Although the Rebels and Bloodhawk managed to flee the port aboard their ship, they discovered an Imperial vessel lying in wait. Upon attempting to activate their ship's hyperdrive, they discovered it was not working.
