Located on Mon Gazza, the Spice Mine Run served as a podracing course and represented the seventh and concluding race within the Amateur Podracing Circuit. A defining characteristic of this particular track was its design, which incorporated numerous branching paths that diverged in multiple directions throughout the duration of the race.

As the concluding event of the Circuit, the podracers commenced their race in Miner's Town, accelerating towards active excavation sites. At this point, the course initially bifurcated into two distinct paths, subsequently branching into three, and ultimately expanding into four separate routes; each of these paths converged at a singular destination, requiring racers to skillfully maneuver around giant cranes along the way. Following this convergence, the track once again diverged into three lanes. These lanes then merged back into a single path, running adjacent to an ore loader capable of inflicting significant damage to a podracer. Subsequently, the lane guided the racers through the spice mines and around a substantial pit filled with hazardous industrial waste. The course then navigated through a set of twisting corkscrew cages, directing the racers back towards Miner's Town, where the entire sequence commenced anew.
Due to the confusing cave systems and the extensive straightaways present on the course, both excellent braking capabilities and high top speeds were crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in this race.
