Stanwu was a Sith Empire Major of the male variety during the era known as the Cold War. As a go-between connecting the Empire with employed bounty hunters, he commanded the execution of the Mandalorian Clan Spar, based on false information provided by the Mandalorian Tayari Rook. Rook had shown proof that Clan Spar had broken their agreement to eliminate a transport vessel carrying young Jedi. Subsequently, Stanwu was confronted by Akaavi Spar, the lone survivor of the clan, who questioned him but chose not to kill him.
