Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is a limited comic book series considered canon, penned by Ethan Sacks and brought to life visually by Will Sliney. It serves as a tie-in to the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge themed areas. The narrative unfolds in the time frame between Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi and Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, and includes extensive flashbacks to different eras, primarily focusing on the Black Spire Outpost located on the planet Batuu. Marvel Comics released the issues of this series from April 24 to August 28 of 2019.
