Subsequently, Star Wars Year By Year: A Visual History, Updated and Expanded Edition was launched on September 6, 2016, and it included 40 new pages dedicated to the years 2012 through 2016. The most recent version, titled Star Wars Year By Year: A Visual History, New Edition, was released on September 23, 2021, and it underwent the most significant changes, with 26 pages removed from the previous edition and 42 new pages added to cover the years 2016 to 2021.
