Starduster
The Starduster, a starship owned by Nera Dantels, played a supportive role for the Rebel Alliance across many operations.
History
This vessel facilitated the clandestine transportation of the initial astromech droids destined for integration with Rebel X-wings.
Subsequently, the ship served as transport for Dantels, Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker, and Jorin Sol to Jabiim for a diplomatic undertaking. Regrettably, the Jabiimi people detained the diplomats, stemming from a past betrayal of the Jabiimi perpetrated by Luke's father. Consequently, the Starduster was seized, along with R2-D2 and C-3PO.
Behind the scenes
A vessel with a strong resemblance to the Starduster makes a fleeting appearance in Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron: The Phantom Affair.
