The Starhowl Pirates, a band of pirates, conducted their activities within the Anoat sector, with a strong presence around Cloud City. Owacchi was at one time a member of this group, however, he eventually departed. This group was comprised of humans, Wookiees, Aqualish, as well as Kubaz individuals. Their notoriety stemmed from their extreme violence, earning them significant animosity. Almost the entirety of the Starhowl Pirates met their demise at the hands of a young smuggler dispatched by Shelish with the directive to neutralize the organization.
