Following a theft that occurred on Lothal, Senator Leia Organa from Alderaan lodged an official complaint with Moff Stattata, who at the time was the Imperial Governor of the Lothal sector. The complaint concerned three Sphyrna-class Hammerhead corvettes owned by the senator, and she demanded full compensation for her lost ships, which were loaded with relief supplies. The Alderaanian also requested Imperial compensation for the cargo. Phoenix Squadron later modified the stolen corvettes after they fell into rebel hands. Stattata ultimately provided payment to Organa after she threatened to escalate the matter to the Senate.
