Stephen Calcutt, sometimes appearing as Stephen Culcutt, is acknowledged by John Mollo as the actor behind the "Fly" character in the 1979 publication, The Art of Star Wars; however, his name is marked out in the book. The production's call sheets reveal that he served as a substitute for Mike Carter in the role of Bib Fortuna for Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
