Suvar Detta was a Mandalorian bounty hunter and mercenary of the Human species, identified as male, who fought under the command of Boba Fett during the conflict known as the Yuuzhan Vong War.
Suvar, along with his brother Cham, found themselves aligned with Boba Fett, the Mandalore and bounty hunter of the Mandalorian warriors, during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. As members of the Mandalorian Protectors, in 24 ABY, the Dettas piloted Gladiator-class assault fighters in the war. Following the invasion of Helska, they accompanied Fett on a mission. Detta and the other Mandalorians engaged in an assault on a space station orbiting Birgis, securing the station while the Yuuzhan Vong commenced their invasion of the planet below.
Despite appearances of working with the Yuuzhan Vong, the Mandalorians were secretly providing intelligence to the Jedi Order through the Jedi Knight known as Kubariet. During their initial encounter, Detta attempted to restrain the Jedi, only to be incapacitated by a strike to his groin. Kubariet later agreed to cooperate, and the mission to establish trust with the Jedi proved successful.
