An infiltration/demolition droid in sweeper droid configuration
A sweeper droid refers to a specific type of cleaning droid that performed street cleaning duties on Coruscant, which was the capital planet of the Galactic Republic. During the Clone Wars in 21 BBY, General Grievous from the Confederacy of Independent Systems took inspiration from these Coruscant sweeper droids when he created the infiltrator demolition droid. His goal was to use these droids to infiltrate and destroy the central power distribution grid of Coruscant.
