Tellico Bezzard, a male Human moisture farmer, resided on the planet Tatooine during the beginning years of the Galactic Empire.
Near the Jundland Wastes on the arid planet Tatooine, Tellico Bezzard and Tyla Bezzard, his wife, managed a moisture farm. By 19 BBY, they had a young son. Due to the recurring raids from the indigenous Tusken Raiders, Orrin Gault, another moisture farmer, established the Settlers' Call, a fund to supply weapons and vehicles for collective defense; the Bezzards were subscribers. In 19 BBY, Lotho Pelhane, Tyla's father, had to relocate to the Bezzards' residence to recuperate following a suspected Tusken Raider assault on his own moisture farm. However, just a few weeks later, the Bezzards' farm was attacked by Tusken Raiders. The Settlers' Call members, headed by Gault, arrived and rescued the Bezzards, but not before Pelhane was killed. Following the attack, the Bezzards temporarily vacated their farm, finding shelter with Annileen Calwell, a merchant at Pika Oasis, which was nearby. Bezzard soon went back to the farm, while his wife and son remained with Calwell.
