Telo was a Dathomirian woman residing on the world of Dathomir during the era of the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, she worked at the Singing Mountain Clan Stronghold, where she functioned as an herbalist for the Singing Mountain Clan.

Telo appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided computer game, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts, before the game's servers were shut down on December 15, 2011.
