The Temple Guardians, sometimes called the Chamber Guardians, acted as protectors for the Star Temples belonging to the Kwa. Initially, these guardians consisted solely of enormous whuffa worms. However, the composition of the guardians changed when Jedi Knight Quinlan Vos assumed the role of a Temple Guardian following his killing of one of the worms.
