Tessa Manchisco, a female Human officer, held a position in the Virgillian Free Alignment as the Virgillian Civil War neared its conclusion. Her appearance included green eyes and black hair styled in the Virgillian manner, specifically six braids, with three positioned on each side of her head. Her linguistic abilities encompassed both Basic and Durese.
As the Civil War concluded, she rose to the rank of captain, taking command of the light carrier Flurry. She maintained her service on this vessel even after the Alignment loaned it to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. She led the Flurry during both the Battle of Endor and the Bakura Incident, where she met her demise alongside the entire crew of the Flurry when the ship was obliterated. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with a decoration awarded after her death.
