These were a collection of docking bays situated within Fische's Cove, not far from the Jackrab Hole. These Tethers represented the most economical docking options present on the comet. Nevertheless, the expense of moving goods from these docks to the inhabited sections of Point Nadir sometimes exceeded the docking costs at The Slips, which were the pricey, yet well-serviced docks situated at the Cove's end. Moreover, it was widely known that the Anjiliac clan would sometimes dispatch criminals to extract supplementary payments from captains and their crews who consistently utilized The Tethers, aiming to avoid paying fees.
