The Wheezer, a male Human anarchist, rose to prominence as the leader of the Revolutionary Edge Brigade on Brentaal IV amid the Cold War era. He also served as the one-time instructor to the Rattataki criminal known as Kaliyo Djannis. Together, they battled against the reconstituted Sith Empire until Kaliyo departed for work on Nal Hutta.
The moniker "the Wheezer" was given to him due to the breath mask he always had covering his mouth. His face was also heavily scarred.
Subsequently, Kaliyo reconnected with the Revolutionary Edge Brigade following her partnership with Cipher Nine, providing them with stolen Imperial intelligence. This information came to light for Cipher Nine during a rendezvous with Kaliyo. When the Wheezer unveiled his scheme to extract Cipher Nine's organs to circumvent Imperial security measures, Kaliyo was compelled to choose a side, ultimately assisting Cipher Nine in confronting the Revolutionary Edge Brigade. Following the conflict, Kaliyo ended the Wheezer's life.
