Before the Second Galactic Civil War, a publicly traded entity known as Tirual Construction Holdings existed and supported the creation of the Tekshar Falls Casino. This casino was located in Kuat City on the planet Kuat. Around the year 40 ABY, Boba Fett, then the current Mand'alor, acquired shares in Tirual Construction Holdings, thereby obtaining shares in the Tekshar Falls as well. During a visit to the Casino Tekshar Falls while tracking Jaing Skirata, Fett examined his investment portfolio, including his holdings in Tirual. He then made a mental note to limit any harm that might come to the casino, due to his stake in it.
The inaugural appearance of Tirual Construction Holdings occurred within the pages of Sacrifice, which is the fifth book in the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force saga, a series with multiple authors. Karen Traviss penned this novel, which was released on May 29, 2007.
