Tobin (Thorum)

Tobin, a male Human, operated a pulp business situated in Calda on the planet Thorum. Due to his tardiness in submitting his protection payments to the Crimson Dawn, he received a visit from Qi'ra, accompanied by Eleera, Myem, and Qorsha; they confiscated all of his credits to settle his monthly dues.
