Tomi Skaak was a male Human who was alive during the era of the Galactic Civil War, and he belonged to the Skaak Tippers.
Following the events that transpired at the Battle of Yavin, Tomi Skaak rose to a position of leadership within the Skaak Tippers. This criminal organization comprised of slicers and information brokers, was actively engaged on the planet Naboo. Tomi Skaak's base of operations was a bunker situated within the Lasay Swamp. In the year 1 ABY, the group led by Tomi Skaak managed to steal a significant Gungan artifact. Subsequently, Boss Rugor Nass dispatched a spacer to infiltrate the Skaak Tipper bunker with the mission of recovering the stolen Gungan artifact. During this operation, several members of the Skaak Tippers, including Tomi Skaak himself, were killed. The spacer eventually succeeded in retrieving the artifact from Dee Skaak at the Skaak Tipper Cave.
In the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, Tomi Skaak appeared as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Tomi Skaak was integrated into the game as part of the "Legacy Quest" following the release of "Publish 25," also known as the "New Game Enhancements," which went live on November 15, 2005.
