"Tool of the Empire" appears in the one-shot comic anthology Revelations (2023) 1, and is considered part of the official canon. Greg Pak is credited as the writer of the story, while the illustrations were created by both Salvador Larroca and Nolan Woodard. Marvel Comics released it to the public on December 20, 2023.
