Trein Veltin was a male smuggler from the moon Rori, which orbits Naboo, as told in legends. Veltin attempted to evade capture by law enforcement on his swoop bike, maneuvering through the tight roadways of the Narmle metropolis. Although he successfully exited the city limits, his flight ended abruptly when he fatally crashed into a flesh-devouring chuba.
Following this event, numerous swoop racers have honored his memory by attempting the same route. Ultimately, his escape path evolved into a loosely organized course for an entirely unauthorized street race known as the Narmle Memorial Rally.
