Tropix Island Resort, situated on the planet Dorumaa, was conceived as an idyllic vacation destination. However, the planet's terraforming process released numerous dangerous creatures that had been preserved in the ice. Rather than abandon the resort project, the tourism authority rebranded it, promoting it as a chance for thrilling escapades. The resort became a popular destination, particularly known for its Rifi fishing and beautiful beaches.
While searching for the Kaminoan scientist Ko Sai, Kal Skirata, Walon Vau, and N-7 traveled to the resort to conduct an investigation. They successfully discovered her clandestine research laboratory, apprehended her, and subsequently destroyed the secret base.
Delta Squad, also in pursuit of Sai, arrived one day afterward. To remain unnoticed and collect intelligence, they disguised themselves as a maintenance team.
