Trunskan police force

The Trunskan police, a group composed of Trunsks on the planet of Trunska, served as its law enforcement organization. After Tyl the Deplorable, a warlord who had seized control of Trunska, issued a decree, the force was established; previously, those who would become officers had been soldiers within his armies. Functioning as agents of the Trunsk emperor, these police officers upheld the legal code of their homeworld. Throughout the Galactic Civil War, the Trunskan police were obligated by law to suppress individuals bearing personal weaponry or operating armed starships.
