Trussk was a Trandoshan male slaver. He existed during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, he became the slavemaster for the Blackscale Clan and resided in the city known as Keren, which was located on the planet Naboo. In the year 1 ABY, Trussk, along with his fellow slavers, managed to capture the Wookiee named Arrworr and subsequently transported him to Naboo. Once there, Trussk subjected the Wookiee to torture for a period of several weeks. Around the same time, the Blackscale Clan was actively pursuing a smuggler identified as Cal Handro. Trussk desired Handro's death because he had been smuggling slaves for a rival Trandoshan clan. At some point, a group of spacers launched an assault on Trussk's fortress situated on Naboo. These adventurers were investigating the disappearance of Cal Handro and suspected the Blackscale Clan of capturing him. A fierce battle ensued, and the spacers eliminated the majority of the slavers. Despite his considerable combat abilities, Trussk ultimately met his demise as well.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, Trussk was featured as a non-player character. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game, developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. The game's servers were taken offline on December 15, 2011. Trussk's character was introduced to the game as part of the third chapter of the "Secrets of the Syren" questline, which was released with "Publish 19," on June 29, 2005. The "Secrets of the Syren" story arc was later removed from the game with the "Chapter 1," published on June 8, 2006. This removal was due to significant alterations planned for Rori with the introduction of the Battle of Restuss.
