Tsaiwinokka Hoyakut

Tsaiwinokka hoyakut-BOS Sith undead could be brought into existence via the dark art of necromancy.

Tsaiwinokka Hoyakut, which translates from the Sith language to Reanimated Dead, denoted a spell capable of animating undead. This intricate incantation had the power to resurrect the recently deceased and skeletons, transforming them into an unrelenting force immune to pain, able to spread a necromantic contagion through their bites. Dathka Graush achieved the fusion of incantations with alchemy, thereby perfecting the art of necromancy. Sorzus Syn lamented her inability to encounter him and documented the spell within her personal records.

Asajj Ventress mastered this technique, reanimating Gungan corpses to aid her in combat against the Jedi during the Battle of Ohma-D'un.

Behind the scenes

The first mention of Tsaiwinokka Hoyakut occurred in the 2012 reference work titled Book of Sith: Secrets from the Dark Side, penned by Daniel Wallace. In his concluding remarks for the Book of Sith, Wallace disclosed that the spell's conception was inspired by Korriban zombies. Within the Star Wars canon continuity, according to a Fandom article, the inscription "Isaiwinokka Hoyakuts" appeared on the Blade of Ochi of Bestoon, featuring a misspelling of "T" as "I".
