The Tulpaa mind prison, an age-old mind prison of the Rakatan, belonged to the Tulpaa tribe located in the Rakatan Archipelago. Elder Ruthic, after condemning her adversaries to this prison, freed a Sith sorcerer from the reign of Sith King Adas, who then served as her counselor.
