A specific architectural element found on the Dreadnaught-class heavy cruiser was the turbolaser blister. This blister served as the location for the ship's turbolaser weaponry, encompassing the control rooms and gunnery stations associated with those weapons. Jorus C'baoth, a Jedi Master, envisioned a strategy during the Outbound Flight initiative: he believed that placing Jedi at the helm of each of the six ships' turbolaser blisters, while simultaneously engaging in a Jedi battle meld, would effectively render the assembled warships virtually unbeatable.
