Tuttin IV, a world situated in the Tuttin system, was a planet found in the Inner Rim. It was among the Six Local Systems.
Following the Galactic Empire's occupation of Tuttin IV, Tendis Ancum, alongside his spouse Jioie Ancum, departed the world alongside Tet Tramys. They then began working for the Rebellion located on Beltrix III. Their son, Ryley Ancum, was left in the care of Shran Etison, the Imperial governor of the area.
Ryley organized a private meeting with Rebel operative Keth Beamis regarding an Imperial shipment of heavy metals. The pair were apprehended and imprisoned for the night. To avoid interrogation, Beamis ingested an affide crystal and ended his life. Ryley was released the next day, owing to Etison's protection.
For leisure, the planet's residents frequently participated in smashball teams, b'ssa nuuvu musical groups, or dusk bands. The Tuttin System Security Force, which was technically independent, was supported by the Empire. Tuttin Tech-Ed was also located on the planet.
