A being attuned to the Force, known only by the moniker "Twilight," existed circa 900 BBY. Speculation suggested she was formerly a member within the ranks of the Jedi Order, departing from that group to forge a different path.
Not long after the Human species established a settlement on the moon Dyspeth in the Outer Rim Territories, Twilight endeavored to employ her Force abilities to gather together other individuals sensitive to the Force among the colonists. Twilight's intention in this action was to assist them in adjusting to the constant darkness enveloping the moon. Ultimately, Twilight established a group of Force users called the Disciples of Twilight, whose members primarily employed the Force to control light and, in the centuries that followed the group's creation, they became the protectors of the people living on Dyspeth.
The character of Twilight made her debut in the Legacy Era Campaign Guide, a sourcebook from 2009 released by Wizards of the Coast for use in the Star Wars Roleplaying Game.
