An unidentified man served as the Admiral of the Fleet for the Galactic Republic throughout the Mandalorian Wars. His headquarters were located on Coruscant. In the wake of the Battle of Serroco, he lodged a formal complaint with the Galactic Republic administration regarding the placement of the Republic Army in proximity to the Stereb cities. Once the Arkanian Legacy was obliterated, he greeted Saul Karath upon his return to Coruscant.
