Unidentified alien (Magwit's Mystifying Hoop)

An odd alien being was once the owner of the enigmatic teleportation tool that was subsequently given the name Magwit's Mystifying Hoop. The aspiring magician Wim Magwit ultimately pilfered the contraption from the alien.
