A male Human resided on Sulon, a moon, in the year 5 ABY. There, within the city of Barons Hed, he managed a modest tavern. On one occasion, five members of the Gran species, all Imperial bounty hunters, visited his establishment. Their presence escalated into a physical altercation because the Gran couldn't agree on who would settle the bill. The fight concluded when Kyle Katarn, a Jedi Initiate, entered the bar and killed the Gran, which displeased the bartender since all of his customers were now dead.
In the year 5 ABY, a male Human ran a tavern in the city of Barons Hed, which was situated on the moon Sulon. During this time, the Galactic Empire controlled the city, making it a refuge for Imperial bounty hunters. At one point, five Gran bounty hunters entered the man's establishment seeking drinks. When it was time to pay, a Gran named Shmorg volunteered to cover the entire cost. However, another Gran offered to pay instead. This disagreement over payment resulted in an unarmed brawl, and the bartender frantically requested that the Gran refrain from using blasters inside his tavern. As the fight began, the bartender quickly moved behind his bar as two of the Gran were beaten to death.
Shortly after the brawl started, Kyle Katarn, a Jedi Initiate from the New Republic, entered the bar. Katarn was in Barons Hed to disrupt Imperial operations. Using his weapons, Katarn killed the remaining Gran when they attempted to attack him. The bartender, unhappy that his paying customers were now dead on the floor, expressed his displeasure with Katarn's actions. Katarn left soon after, but not before looting the tavern for its personal energy shields.
The bartender, a Human with gray-haired and black eyes, disliked at least two things on the day of Katarn's visit: customers shooting up his bar, and people shooting his customers. After Katarn finished dealing with the Gran, the bartender clearly showed his dislike for Katarn's killings, but he did not try to stop Katarn from taking his shield units without paying. During the fight in his bar, the bartender frantically ran around behind his bar table, and loudly asked the Gran not to use blasters. However, none of the Gran had blasters. The man also had light skin.
The bartender made his debut in the 1997 video game Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, appearing in the game's fifth level. He was also mentioned in the game's official strategy guide. The brawl in his tavern begins when the player gets close to the building, but the tavern encounter can be skipped entirely because it does not affect the story or the level's outcome. The bartender's voice actor was not credited.
