A Beast Rider was with Commander Gobee as he explored the subterranean passages beneath the Royal Palace in Iziz, the capital and sole city located on the Inner Rim planet of Onderon. This Beast Rider stood alongside Gobee in the tunnels when King Ommin of Onderon materialized, a being whose existence was merely whispered about by Iziz's urban populace. Chased by Ommin's dark side army, this Beast Rider and Gobee escaped from the tunnels so they could alert the other Riders, as well as the Jedi Knights who were then on Onderon, about the impending arrival of Freedon Nadd's followers who were preparing to fight in battle.
