The origin of the shot was the quarters beneath her, fired by Imperial Head of State Jagged Fel, who found himself defending against a kidnapping attempt and was trying to activate the building's emergency alarm. The blaster fire did succeed in drawing assistance, and the kidnapping attempt was ultimately unsuccessful.
