The Imperial Navy's Admiral Plor Wiskovis was in charge of a base that the Galactic Empire operated on Ansion. Following their suspension, Lieutenant Thrawn and Ensign Eli Vanto received orders to go to this base and stay there until the consequences of their suspension were determined.
