This particular factory, owned by Lhosan Industries, existed in the Lower City on the planet Taris, not far from Machineville. During the Mandalorian invasion of Taris in 3963 BBY, those who worked at the factory were evacuated. Following this event, the deserted factory became a refuge for thousands, but this refuge was ultimately obliterated.
