This unidentified leader presided over the alliance of mining corporations which held dominion over the planet of Belthu. This leader was an ally to the Warlord known as Zsinj.
While the Night Caller was on Belthu, the chairman engaged in conversation with Captain Zurel Darillian, who was actually Wraith Squadron pilot Garik Loran in a deceptive guise, and supplied the disguised pilot with a catalogue of costs for the planet's most recent collection of ores.
