Unidentified mining facility

A mining facility under the control of the Galactic Empire existed on the planet Kudo. After the Star Destroyer Celerity became inoperable within the system, a repair team dispatched on the Summit to fix it found themselves unable to communicate with the aforementioned mining installation.
