During this time, Mitth'raw'nuruodo, a Chiss Senior Captain also known by his core name "Thrawn," who was secretly present on Primea, discussed the design of the premier's office with Yiv, noting its dual public and private entrances. They both concurred that having a separate private entrance would be advantageous for the premier to navigate between official and personal engagements.
