This Quarren Sith, a follower of Darth Krayt within the One Sith, participated in the Massacre at Ossus in 130 ABY. He was among the Sith forces commanded by Darth Nihl that eradicated the Jedi Praxeum on Ossus and dispersed the members of the New Jedi Order. Kol Skywalker, however, brought the Quarren Sith's life to an end during the conflict.
