The associate of Luugro, who was a Rodian, was another Rodian character. This character had green skin, black eyes, and was present on Taris, an Outer Rim planet. This took place during the Jedi Civil War, a conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. This Rodian spoke in Huttese, was armed with a blaster pistol, and wore a flight suit colored yellow, white, and brown, along with a gray harness and gold boots.
In the year 3956 BBY, both Luugro and their partner were the targets of bounties. Calo Nord, a renowned bounty hunter, tracked them down to an apartment ring located in the Lower City of Taris. The Rodian recognized Nord and alerted Luugro. Nord then told them his intentions to collect the bounties that were placed on them, which resulted in Luugro declaring that Nord would have to take them over their dead bodies. Nord responded by stating that was his plan all along, and then killed both Rodians using a pair of blaster pistols. Revan, the former Dark Lord of the Sith whose memories had been replaced with those of a loyal Republic soldier, was a witness to this deadly confrontation.

The first appearance of Luugro's partner was as a non-playable character in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, a video game that was released in 2003 and developed by BioWare. The character is featured in a cutscene that plays when the player enters an apartment complex in the Lower City, where they meet their demise. The player is unable to directly interact with this Rodian character, and any potential actions related to them will not have an impact on the game's plot, quests, or alignment.
