A person, who was a male human, lived on the planet in Phelar Port during the Galactic Empire's era. This young individual pilfered some ration packs from an Imperial speeder, which led to stormtroopers chasing him into a local bar. While the young thief begged for assistance, the bartender apprehended him and threatened to shoot him for causing problems. The stormtroopers then entered the bar, insisting that the thief be given to them; however, Beilert Valance, once an Imperial soldier, was enraged by the consequences of his Imperial service and thus attacked the stormtroopers, protecting the boy.
