A ticketing officer was employed at the spaceport located on the planet of Lau. In approximately 18 BBY, Crosshair and Omega, who were clones, made an emergency landing on the planet after they broke free from the captivity of the Galactic Empire. Accompanied by their lurca hound, Batcher, they proceeded into the spaceport. Given that they lacked the necessary chain codes, the agent denied their request to board the shuttle that was about to depart. In an attempt to persuade the officer, the clones proposed a bribe. Unfortunately for them, the ticketing officer declined, insisting on a minimum payment of 30,000 credits. Crosshair and Omega then departed from the spaceport, initially intending to gather the credits required to satisfy the ticketing agent's demand. Ultimately, they discovered alternative methods to leave Lau.
