Unidentified Twi'lek janitor

A custodian, who was a Twi'lek, worked at Reena University circa 396 BBY. This janitor had a daughter requiring a surgical procedure, compelling him to request a salary advance from a dean; his plea was denied. Axel Greylark, a student at the university, overheard this conversation and offered the Twi'lek some of his parents' credits, thus earning the janitor's gratitude. Consequently, when Greylark, accompanied by fellow students Leyli Romero and Kozmo Sundrel IV, tried to go through the servants' corridor of the university, the Twi'lek janitor gave them a smile and permitted their passage. This led Sundrel to question Greylark about whether he had given money to the university's staff to prevent them from reporting his behavior; Sundrel's idea was partially accurate because Greylark had, in fact, given the janitor money, but not as a bribe.
